Need help with VanVault? Email MindSprout Studios and include the device you’re using, your app version if you know it, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.

Helpful details to include
- Your iPhone or iPad model.
- Your iOS version.
- The VanVault app version, if visible.
- Whether the issue involves inventory, photos, barcode scanning, AI identification, purchases, restore purchase, reminders, or claim PDF export.
- Screenshots if they help explain the problem. Do not send sensitive insurance, police report, or serial-number details unless needed for support.
Purchases and restore
VanVault Pro is processed through Apple’s App Store. If you purchased Pro and features are not unlocked, try the in-app restore purchase option first. If that does not work, email support with the Apple ID purchase receipt date if available. Do not send payment card details.
Claim package exports
VanVault helps create an organized claim-support PDF from the inventory and claim details you enter. VanVault does not file claims, submit police reports, contact insurers, or guarantee claim approval.
